Built in 1952, the lodge was once a popular fisherman’s retreat called “Lafave Resort Island Lake”. While the fishing tradition still runs deep, the lodge itself has recieved quite the sophisticated face-lift. In 2016, the new owners revitalized the lodge and added some spectacular features to write home about.

About the lodge

The Island Bay Lodge was built in 1950 and was used as a fishing lodge with the capability to sleep 21 guests. But recently the lodge has been restored and remodeled to a luxurious standard as well as landscaped to perfection.

When you and your guests stay at the lodge you will enjoy the space and the look and feel of “up north”. The kitchen has high end appliances and the living room and lower level all have new furniture and accessories. There’s even a pool table in the recreation room. Book now for a memorable vacation.
